Registration Entitlements
The full registration fee entitles delegates to access the following:

- Morning tea, networking lunch and afternoon tea
- Welcome networking reception (RSVP required)
Tickets to the Gala & Awards Dinner, site tours and workshops can be purchased at time of registration.
Indigenous Scholarships
We have a range of scholarships available for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Māori and Pacific Islander members. If you are eligible for, and would like to be considered for a scholarship, please email us at aeafj2026@theassociationspecialists.com.au. The awards are decided by AEA Council, taking into account the peer review score of the submitted abstract.
Payment method
Payment methods accepted are credit cards or EFT transfers. Please note, credit card payments will incur a surcharge. All details for EFT payments are detailed on the tax invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Where a registration is paid in full and a registrant needs to cancel, a 100% refund will be provided up to 60 days before the event (24th of August), and a 50% refund between 59-30 days before the event. No refund will be available within 30 days of the event (13th September).
